HomeSmiles Virginia Beach is looking for independent contractors with experience building and repairing decks, porches, fences, and exterior carpentry projects. We are looking for reliable professionals who work with quality, attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Construction and repair of decks, porches, fences and exterior structures
- Framing and structural carpentry work
- Trim installation and carpentry finishes
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
- Complete projects with high quality and efficiency
- Prioritize customer satisfaction on every project
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in carpentry, deck building, fencing, or general contractor
- Contractor license or applicable business license
- General Liability Insurance
- Active Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Tools and own transport
- Ability to work independently
- Candidates with experience in Trex/composite decking, framing and finish carpentry are preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Additional Information
- Hourly opportunities available for carpenter leaders and installers with experience in repairs and small projects ($35–$45/hr depending on experience and scope of work)
