🔧 What You’ll Do
No two days are the same.
You’ll respond to scheduled appointments and dispatches performing services such as:
- Gutter cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Preventive maintenance inspections
- Commercial dryer vent services
- HVAC coil cleaning
- Exterior property maintenance
Some days are residential.
 Some days are commercial.
 Some jobs are quick and efficient.

💪 Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in handyman or property maintenance (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on ladders
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent time management
- Professional customer-facing communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
