What You'll Do:
- Perform scheduled handyman repairs, general contracting tasks, and preventive home maintenance services efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Troubleshoot common residential issues and safely perform minor repairs without direct supervision.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner while building trust as a skilled home repair professional.
- Conduct safety checks and identify code, safety, or maintenance-related issues during service delivery.
- Engage homeowners to explain repair findings, recommend solutions, and provide clear, ethical upsell opportunities.
- Confidently speak with homeowners about preventive maintenance, repair prioritization, and the value of bundled services while closing sales opportunities.
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, general contracting, home inspections, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repair work.
- Ability to engage in consultative sales, explain repair needs clearly, and handle multiple service calls per day.
