HomeSmiles is hiring a Gutter Cleaning Technician to perform exterior maintenance services for residential and multi-unit properties primarily in Mount Pleasant and Charleston. This is a full-time position with paid training and a clear advancement path.
Pay & Growth
- $18–$25/hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses
- Paid training and safety instruction
- Advancement to Lead Technician with assigned company van
Location & Schedule
- Service van housed in Mount Pleasant
- Jobs concentrated in Mount Pleasant and Charleston
- Best fit for candidates with a reasonable daily commute
What You’ll Do
- Clean gutters, downspouts, and roofline debris
- Set ladders and follow safety procedures
- Walk clients through completed work
- Document services on a company tablet
- Maintain ladders and equipment
- Cross-train into additional services
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Are comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Enjoy physical outdoor work
- Show up on time and work independently
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
