HomeSmiles is hiring a Pressure Washing Technician to perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services primarily in Mount Pleasant and the Charleston area. This is a full-time role with paid training, consistent work, and a clear path to a company van and Lead Technician position.
Pay & Growth
- $18–$25/hour based on experience
- Performance bonuses (on-time service, customer reviews, additional services)
- Paid training — no certifications required
- Clear path to Lead Technician (assigned company van, higher pay, leadership role)
Location & Schedule
- Service van is housed in Mount Pleasant
- Most jobs are in Mount Pleasant and Charleston
- Best suited for candidates within a reasonable commute of Mount Pleasant
What You’ll Do
- Perform pressure washing on driveways, walkways, siding, patios, and exterior surfaces
- Safely operate professional-grade equipment
- Communicate with homeowners or property staff before and after service
- Document completed work using a company tablet
- Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment
- Cross-train into additional home maintenance services
Maintenance and cleaning only — no repairs or construction.
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Like hands-on, physical outdoor work
- Are reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
