looking for part-time help with a small business that focuses on installing both gutter guards and permanent home exterior lighting. There may be other light handyman tasks that appear. Need to be committed to:

Planning on 1-2 days/ week. Pay range will be $19-25 / hour depending on qualifications and performance. Bonuses will be built in.
Must be comfortable and competent on a ladder and sometimes on roofs.
