Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Field Technician to join our team. This role involves performing on-site maintenance, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, and more. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Have good customer service
- Assist Lead Field Technician with completing services.
- Attention to detail.
- Conduct routine property maintenance onsite.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Assist in maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.
- Assist in generating post-job customer reports using a mobile tablet.
- Be willing to work efficiently as a team.
Qualifications
- Property Maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
