Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, and signing up new customers with our property maintenance membership. This is a commission-only position, offering complete flexibility with your schedule and the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Present and explain products/services to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to manage your own schedule and time effectively
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
