Position Summary
HomeSmiles is looking for a Field and Sales Manager to lead our local team. This role combines managing field techs with driving sales in the commuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and job quality
- Train and support field techs on service standards
- Build customer and community relationships
- Follow up on leads and drive sales growth
- Track performance and report results
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually.

Incentive Compensation: Up to $27,000 annually, comprised of three monthly incentive goals ($750 each):
- Achieving a 4-star (or higher) review for 75% of completed jobs monthly.
- Generating 20 new "HomeSmiles 365" subscriptions per month.
- Maintaining a 31% profit margin on monthly performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in management, field service operations, or sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organized and reliable.
- Valid driver’s license.
