Job Summary
As a Lead Tech and Client Sales Representative, your ability to interact with customers and explain the Homesmiles value is your path to success. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. You will contribute to the company’s sales objectives by responding to leads, attending local events, and ensuring that every client interaction takes advantage of the full Homesmiles benefit to the client. Technician responsibilities require excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. In addition to working individual calls and maximizing the revenue opportunity there the lead tech will also work with leadership to target local community networks and sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate the Homesmiles Value proposition
- Establish relationships with key personnel in large customer accounts
- Negotiate and close upsell opportunities with large customers
- Provide feedback to leadership on how processes could improve
- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with new Homesmiles Offerings
- Respond to field dispatches.
- Meet with the client to greet and discuss scheduled services.
- Conduct routine property maintenance onsite.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
- Generate post-job customer reports using a mobile tablet.
- Please note that HomeSmiles technicians will not amend or repair any client property.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with computer systems (internet, apps, spreadsheets, etc)
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed (limited)
- Handyman skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
Compensation: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
