Job Summary - Lead Sales Technician

As a Lead Sales Technician, you will be responsible for operating a company-provided van, performing a variety of home maintenance services, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. You’ll also maintain equipment, respond to client requests, troubleshoot service issues, and oversee the performance of a Field Technician.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong customer relationship skills, hands-on field service experience, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work schedule. A top-performing Lead Sales Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, delivers high-quality results on jobs of any size, and consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment and is motivated by achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company vehicle to perform scheduled home maintenance services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Accurately document all work performed, including before-and-after photos and service notes
  • Maintain and troubleshoot tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
  • Supervise and support a Field Technician, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to sales growth
  • Adapt to a dynamic work schedule and varying job site conditions
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field service or home maintenance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with sales objectives
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and service demands
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
