Job Summary
HomeSmiles is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help drive local growth through both remote and in-person outreach. This is a hybrid role offering a base salary plus commission, ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule with the consistency of guaranteed pay. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with local realtors, HOAs, and property managers, and closing service agreements for our preventative home maintenance packages.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Promote our core service packages to realtors, property managers, and homeowners
- Build and maintain client relationships in your assigned territory
- Track outreach efforts and lead status in CRM
- Meet weekly activity and closing targets
- Represent HomeSmiles at local events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, outreach, or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable making calls and in-person visits
- Professional communication skills
- Self-directed and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with basic CRM tools and email
- Reliable transportation
