Job Summary

HomeSmiles is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales and Outreach Intern to support our local growth efforts. This part-time role is ideal for students or entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You'll assist in outreach efforts to real estate offices, property managers, and HOAs, helping us grow our client base and brand awareness. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world business experience, build your resume, and earn performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Distribute marketing materials to real estate offices and neighborhoods
Make outreach calls and emails to potential clients
Support CRM tracking, lead follow-ups, and appointment setting
Assist with community marketing campaigns and events
Represent HomeSmiles professionally during in-person visits
Collaborate with the sales team to build local awareness and generate leads

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (preferred)
Comfortable speaking with new people and making phone calls
Reliable transportation for local field outreach
Familiar with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, internet)
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Interest in sales, marketing, business, or communications (preferred)
