Job Summary
As a Lead Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through your creativity, relationship-building, and deep understanding of the sales process. This commission-only role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and performance, and who can generate innovative ideas to expand our client base. You will take ownership of our sales strategy across the local Houston market—establishing and nurturing relationships with realtors, HOAs, property managers, and homeowners. In this position, you'll also contribute to the development of scalable outreach campaigns while laying the foundation for long-term, repeat business relationships. Top performers may also be considered for leadership opportunities as the team expands.
Responsibilities
- Act as a builder and driver of new business by developing and executing effective local sales strategies
- Identify and engage potential clients, including real estate offices, HOAs, and property management companies
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory
- Present and close service agreements with new residential and commercial clients
- Track performance metrics, analyze lead data, and suggest improvements to increase sales efficiency
- Participate in the planning and execution of local sales campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Research and evaluate new market segments and growth opportunities within the Houston area
- Provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and emphasize long-term value
- Coordinate with ownership and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Stay informed on new service offerings and ensure you're prepared to promote them effectively
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales manager
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field (Preferred)
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
