Job Description

As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, window washing, and other scheduled exterior home maintenance. You will represent HomeSmiles with professionalism and take pride in maintaining the curb appeal and safety of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning with precision and attention to safety.
Deliver excellent service on driveways, siding, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces.
Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional interactions.
Identify surface material types and apply correct pressure and cleaning techniques accordingly.
Keep equipment and company vehicle clean, safe, and in working order.
Use mobile technology to log services, document jobs, and communicate updates.
Follow all HomeSmiles safety guidelines and service procedures.
Note: Technicians do not perform structural repairs or alterations.

Required Qualifications

Experience with pressure washers, surface cleaners, or similar exterior cleaning tools.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform labor outdoors.
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service mindset.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Basic mobile device proficiency (smartphones/tablets) for job tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in pressure washing, soft washing, or window cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of exterior surface care and stain removal techniques.
OSHA or related safety certifications.
Military service or veteran status is highly regarded.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
