HomeSmiles is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Territory Manager to spearhead the expansion of our preventative maintenance services into apartment complexes, dealerships, and data center facilities. 🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within apartment complexes, dealerships, data centers, and property management firms.
  • Build a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
🔹 Sales Execution:

  • Present tailored preventative maintenance solutions to property managers, facilities directors, and community associations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose customized service packages.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional value.
🔹 Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, acting as their go-to resource throughout the sales process.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing client support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
🔹 Marketing & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness in your territory.
  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
🔹 Reporting & Organization:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership.
🎓 What We're Looking For:

  • We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the property management, maintenance, or facility services industries. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, seizing opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with strong time management.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
Preferred:

  • Experience in selling maintenance or facility service contracts.
  • Knowledge of the multifamily, dealership, or commercial property management sectors.
