What You’ll Do:
  • Generate Leads: Use your drive, creativity, and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with homeowners, property managers, and associations.
  • Close Deals: Sell HomeSmiles’ unique bundled maintenance packages by clearly communicating the value, overcoming objections, and delivering solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate trust with clients, making HomeSmiles their go-to partner for essential home care.
  • Deliver Services: Perform select home maintenance tasks (like gutter cleaning, window washing, and dryer vent cleaning) to ensure the highest quality for our clients.
  • Collaborate and Mentor: Contribute to refining our sales processes, train new hires, and be a driving force behind our team’s growth.
