Job Summary
As a successful Field Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. This is a part-time position with varying hours each week. This position can grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
- Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
- Complete the services with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Install and test new equipment.
- Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
- Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
- Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
- Complete job reports.
- Provide the type of customer service that would achieve a 5-star review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to travel locally and work according to a changing schedule.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
