We are looking to hire a Home Services Technician to help look after the service and maintenance needs of our customers.  We will train and invest in those who demonstrate desire to learn. As a Home Services Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations in the company van (with AC), perform responsibilities as 2-member valued team, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, install new equipment, respond to client requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help provide technical training on company equipment.

To ensure success as a Home Services Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, some field experience (but not required), and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Ultimately, a Home Services Technician helps the Lead Home Services Tech efficiently manage all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.

Home Services Technician Responsibilities (as a team with the Lead Home Services Technician):

● Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.
● Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field.
● Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures.
● Installing and testing new equipment.
● Providing preventive equipment maintenance.
● Maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.
● Completing job reports.

Home Services Technician Requirements:

● High school diploma or GED.
● Ability to travel in company van and work according to a changing schedule.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Handy skills.
● Ability to problem-solve.
● Good communication and training skills.
● Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
