Job Summary
We have openings for both part-time and on-call (between hours of 830-5 / Mon - Fri). Your primary day to day responsibility is to work with the Sr. Technician to provide maintenance services to home/properties. To be successful you must be handy, capable of using technology (go pro camera and cell phone), and posses equivalent field experience to provide high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.

Responsibilities

Work closely at the direction of the Sr. Technician to service the home/property.
Primary Duties include: pressure washing flat surfaces, cleaning gutters (from the ground) using a high powered vacuum, cleaning windows using telescopic pole with revers osmosis de-ionized water, and more.
You will not amend or repair the home/owner's property.

Qualifications

You're handy and have been working in a maintenance or equivalent environment.
You have strong time management skills demonstrating the ability to get work done quickly within a defined timeframe.
You're great with people, customer focussed, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
