Job Summary
As a Lead Sales Representative, your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. You will contribute to the company’s sales objectives. Responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. In addition to designing and implementing a scalable local, regional, and national sales campaign, the Sales Representative will also aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

Responsibilities 
  • Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a sales manager
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field (Preferred)
As a successful Field Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.

Responsibilities 
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
  • Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
  • Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins. 
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Install and test new equipment.
  • Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
  • Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
  • Complete job reports.


The person filling this role will be expected to spend a % of their time working in a sales role, helping with customer acquisitions and brand awareness. The other portion of time will be spent in the field performing the service calls.

This role is eligible for a sales commission based on total revenue as well as the option to move into management, as we grow. 
I am looking for someone who is flexible and a self starter. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to eventually run a business like it was their own! There will also be Profit sharing options available after the first 12 months as well as 401K investment options.

This role will be part time to start (20-25 hrs/week). Full time will be based on how customer demand.
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
